Dr. David Francis Named to National Board of Education Sciences
Before leaving office, President Obama named our own Dr. David Francis to the National Board of Education Sciences. The board consists of 15 members who are all appointed by the President. It serves to guide the work of the Institute of Education Sciences and approves research priorities of the National Education Centers.
